Refunds and cancellations

Cancel in one tap from Billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your data is kept for 30 days.

Yearly plans can be refunded for unused months within 30 days of paying. Monthly plans are not refunded for the current month.

Pause for up to 3 months for $5 (₹199) a month. Nothing posts or replies while paused.

If a payment fails, everything keeps working for 3 days while you retry.
