Public Google listing information for quick reports. With your permission, your Google Business Profile, Instagram and Facebook data, so we can show results and post what you approve.

What we never do

We never sell your data. We never use Google user data to train AI models or for ads. Customer contacts are used only for the review requests they agreed to.

How we improve Lumapin

We count what people do in Lumapin (for example, that a review reply was posted) with PostHog, using account ids only, never names, contacts, reviews or messages. On our public pages, and only if you allow it, Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use them. It never runs inside your account.

Your choices

Export everything at any time. Delete your account and your data is removed 30 days later. A customer deleted on request is removed everywhere within 24 hours.
