The fine print, in plain words
One trial per business
The 7-day trial is tied to the Google listing, phone number and email. A second trial on any of them goes straight to plans.
Your country sets the price
India prices need an Indian card or UPI and a billing address in India. GST is added and shown on every invoice.
Changes need the owner
Quick reports only read public info. Lumapin edits a listing or posts only after its owner or manager connects Google, and asks before risky edits like name or address.
Allowances reset monthly
Unused posts, reels, videos and chats don’t carry over. Bought AI video packs last 12 months.
How making photos and videos counts
Making options is free: 5 rounds of 4 for photos and posters, 2 rounds for reels and animated photos. After that each round uses 1. A post or video counts once, even if you post it and download it. Previews carry a mark until you use them. An AI video counts when you make it, with one free remake. If it fails, it doesn’t count. Allowances are per location and can’t be moved between clients.
Cancel, pause, downgrade
Cancel in one tap; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your data is kept for 30 days. Yearly plans can be refunded for unused months in the first 30 days. Pause up to 3 months: nothing posts or replies while paused. Downgrades start on your next bill.
Late payments
If a payment fails, everything keeps working for 3 days while you retry. After that, the account moves to the trial-ended view. Nothing is deleted.
Agency plan
Covers 10 client locations, each extra is billed monthly. Clients own their listings and can remove the agency any time; their data stays with them.
